LPV piston seals

LPV seals are double-acting piston seals, the profile (fig. 3) have a polyether-based polyurethane (EU) slide ring that provides resistance to hydrolysis (attack from moisture) and good low temperature flexibility. The O-ring energizer provides a cost-effective sealing solution. These profiles are developed for pressures up to 250 bar (3 625 psi) and suitable for light to medium duty applications, such as agriculture and material handling applications. They are available in metric sizes and some fit seal housings in accordance with ISO 7425-1:1988. For additional information, refer to LPV profile data and the test results below.
